7. Refund & Returns Policy
We offer hassle-free returns and refunds under the following conditions:
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after pickup
- Damaged or wrong items will be replaced at no extra cost
- Some products (groceries, innerwear) are non-returnable
8. Shipping Policy
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days
- Standard delivery: 3–7 business days across India
- Free delivery on orders above ₹499
- Cash on Delivery (COD) available on eligible orders
- Tracking details will be shared via SMS and email
